Aloha! Nursefinders of Hawaii offers Behavioral Health and Autism Related Services to children, families and individuals in need. We promote functional independence and foster community wellness. Nursefinders works with the DOE, DOH, insurance companies, and private parties to provide the following services:
- Skills Trainer/Paraprofessional
- Behavioral Consultant (BISS, Behaviorist, etc.)
- Counseling
- Personal Assistant
- Respite
- Therapeutic Recreation
Our providers are versed in ABA, DTT, developmental, instructional and counseling methods which promote self-determination. Currently, we service children and adults with Autism, Asperger's syndrome, pervasive developmental disorder- not otherwise specified (PDD-NOS), oppositional defiant disorder (ODD), conduct disorder, learning disorders, mental retardation, Down's syndrome and various other developmental and mental health conditions.
