The home care team is an integral part of the rehabilitation process. A Nursefinders RN is trained to prevent, recognize and treat the most common complications associated with spinal cord injuries such as infections, intermittent catherization and pressure sores.

Multiple Sclerosis

Nursefinders staff members are specifically trained in home care services that improve daily living for patients with MS, including nutrition, exercise, stress management, and medication supervision. They work closely with other medical providers, including physicians and therapists, to ensure the best possible treatments on behalf of our patients.

Care for children and familes

Nursefinders Home Care serves the healthcare needs of infants, children and adolescents in the home. We are trained to care specifically for children with long-term illlnesses, as well as those recovering from hospitalization and for newborns.

Care for geriatrics and seniors

For seniors who are no longer able to be completely independent but want to live at home as long as possible, home care is a welcome service. With thousands of senior patients under our care, the Nursefinders team is well trained in meeting the unique needs of geriatric patients.
